Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)

  • If we are unable to reach you, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee


Customs and Import Duties (For International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applicable in their country.
